What owners ask us.

Is my data secure?
European hosting, AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit. No resale, no third-party sharing, no commercial analysis. GDPR compliant. Annual independent security audit.
Which devices does the app run on?
iOS 15+ (iPhone, iPad), Android 11+. A secure web version is available for desk-side use.
What support is available?
Technical support included for management contracts, by phone and email, business hours 9–18. Critical bugs handled within 24 hours.
Does the app work offline?
Yes for consultation and logbook entry. Synchronisation occurs when a connection returns.
