Cookies policy

Last updated: [TO BE CONFIRMED]

1. What is a cookie

A cookie is a small text file placed on your device while browsing. It allows the website to recognise your device, remember information, or measure audience. This policy also covers other local storage technologies (localStorage, sessionStorage).

2. Our approach: restraint and respect

The yotipro.fr website is built without advertising trackers or commercial third-party tracking. In line with the French CNIL deliberation 2020-091 and the ePrivacy directive, no consent banner is required because we only use devices strictly necessary for the website to function.

3. Devices actually used

A. Strictly necessary local storage (exempt from consent)

NameTypePurposeDuration
np_langlocalStorageStores your language choice (FR / EN / IT)Persistent — clearable from your browser

This data stays strictly local to your browser. It is never sent to a server, never shared with any third party, and cannot be used to track you.

B. Audience measurement (planned — Phase 2)

AS-Assistances plans to integrate a privacy-respecting, cookieless audience analytics tool (Plausible Analytics or Fathom Analytics). The CNIL recognises these solutions as exempt from prior consent, provided IPs are anonymised and the data is not cross-referenced with other processing. This page will be updated when deployed.

C. No other tracker

The website uses no advertising cookies, no Meta / Google / TikTok pixel, no Google Analytics, no third-party social share button, no external iframe. Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts (see section 4 below).

4. Third-party resources loaded

The site loads Google Fonts typefaces (Fraunces, Inter, JetBrains Mono) from fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com. This load involves transmission of your IP address to Google LLC (USA). No cookie is set by this resource. Migration to self-hosted fonts is planned for Phase 2 to remove this dependency.

The site is hosted by Vercel Inc. (USA) on European servers (Paris-CDG region). Vercel does not set any cookie on static sites.

5. Browser settings

You can also clear localStorage from your browser's advanced settings or developer tools (Storage / Application tab).

6. Updates to this policy

This policy is updated whenever the site evolves technically. The last-updated date appears at the top of the page. We recommend reviewing it regularly.
